What vehicle do you drive (Make, model and year) AND is your vehicle tow ready to OUR standards? NO exceptions (Check out our “CAMPERS TO RENT” page to understand what you need first in order to tow the camper you want to rent in order to answer this question properly please). You can only tow our campers if your destination is outside of Long Island only, no exceptions.

**FULL DISCLOSURE:**

To reserve your booking, it is mandatory to sign our contract, submit a picture of your license and to make a 25% down deposit within 24 hours. If you decide not to pay within 24 hours then you did not officially reserve your booking. Remaining balance is due the night before your booking via Venmo, link will be provided along with contract.

A $250 damage security deposit is mandatory and due the night before your booking via Venmo as well. We will return it back to you in full via Venmo within 48 hours as long as the camper is returned in the same condition it was given to you in.

It is not mandatory for you to wait for us during the check out process. We will not always be able to check out the camper with you on the campsite due to time constraints. However we will go over the camper within 24-48 hours and we will follow up with you during that time period.

If you plan on bringing your pet/fur baby, you must let us know ahead of time as this requires a higher damage security deposit; $350. If there is any kind of pet hair, pet smell or damage left behind, we will automatically keep the damage security deposit and provide you proof by sending you pictures of the damage we find.

IF CAMPER IS LEFT EXTREMELY DIRTY, WE WILL KEEP $50 FROM THE DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT AS A CLEANING FEE. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

GARBAGE BLATANTLY LEFT ALL OVER THE CAMPER
COOKING GREASE/COOKING OIL LEFT ON STOVE STOP
LIQUID SOAP, MISC.LIQUIDS, OPEN FOOD, PET HAIR ON COUNTER TOPS, MATTRESS AND/OR FLOOR, EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF DIRT AND/OR SAND ON FLOOR AND/OR BED, MISC.FOODS AND LIQUIDS LEFT IN SINK (DO NOT PUT ANYTHING DOWN SINK EXCEPT FOR WATER. DO NOT PUT THE FOLLOWING; ANY KIND OF FOOD, COFFEE GRINDS OR ANYTHING WITH A STRONG ODOR)
ODORS IN CAMPER SUCH AS: COOKED FISH OR PET ODOR

*IF ANYONE STEALS OUR CAMPER INVENTORY THAT WE PROVIDE FOR FREE OF CHARGE DURING YOUR BOOKING, WE WILL CHARGE FOR EACH MISSING ITEM. FOR EXAMPLE:

BBQ LIGHTER
BBQ COOKING UTENSILS
COASTERS

PLEASE RESPECT OUR CAMPER AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN.

There may be specific holidays during our busy season where we REQUIRE weekly rentals such as the week of July 4th, Labor Day, etc.
